Mark Taylor has been with Alltech since 1997 and has more than 30 years of industry experience, thus bringing a wealth of valuable insights and expertise. 

His journey began during his high school summers where he pulled network cabling for a family friend. Since those early years, Mark has earned an array of certifications in business phone systems, including expertise from the Avaya/Lucent era to the latest hosted platforms. Notably, he is a TCO Certified Telecommunications Network Specialist, a testament to his proficiency and dedication. 

While many know him as “The Phone Guy” for his expertise in telecommunications, outside the confines of technology and phones, Mark enjoys ATV riding and camping trips with friends and family. 

When asked about what sets Alltech apart from others, he highlights the company’s ability to simplify the complex and deliver cutting-edge solutions to their customers. 

Reflecting on his proudest achievements, Mark takes great pride in working in his hometown and being a part of a locally owned business. He values the customer relationships and friendships that have been built while providing support to local businesses.
