Brad Barr, Director of Technology Integration, has been an important part of the Alltech family for the past 11 years. Prior to joining Alltech, Brad honed his skills as an Asset Protection Manager for a large retail establishment. With more than 21 years of experience in the industry, he brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his role at Alltech.  

In addition to his extensive experience, Brad holds several certifications, including CAT Level 1 through the ESA National Training School. He is also an Exacg Vision Certified Technician for Enterprise Systems and is Wicklander-Zulawski Interviewing and Interrogation certified. 

Within Alltech, Brad is known for his drive, attention to detail, relentless pursuit for results, and out of the box thinking. 

Brad appreciated that at Alltech the owner cares about each employee. Employees are given the trust and flexibility to make decisions. This empowers employees to think creatively and take ownership of their work. 

Outside of work, Brad has a love of guitar and all things musical. In fact, at the young age of 6 his parents gifted him his first acoustic guitar while they were living in southern California. His interest in electronics and technology sparked in fifth grade when he took an electronics class. 

Brad is dedicated to advancing employee development and cultivating growth within Alltech. His greatest achievement is contributing to the expansion of his business unit from two individuals to a team of six, while also envisioning future growth.
